I am trying to get more specific info, but seem to be getting a run around, but here is what I know. I read about this freeroll, and started following them last week, getting nervous I would not get the ticket in time, I emailed support. This is a copy & paste of what happened.

So I went back to twitter and saw that I was now being followed by them and could now send them a "DM" (direct message) and did so. I then got a retweet back asking for my reefer screen name, and upon my reply got a reply back saying, "reeferpoker420 You are very welcome. See you Wednesday night!
about 11 hours ago" So I went back to reefer to see If I had the coupon - but did not. And now I am at work and will not be able to check til tonight if my coupon / ticket is there.

I though I'd share this with you all - in case someone knows something & to also inform my fellow members about a $200 freeroll there. I will update as I find out more - but it figures to be a close race to try to get in on time.... Good Luck!

Starting Monday May 25th, 9pm EST, Reefer Poker is taking a fun twist on the normal money added tournament. Taking place every week night at 9pm EST, The Progressive Pot Tournament is a $5 + $0.50 entry, and each night we’ll add $10 into a separate jackpot fund until someone wins the pot.
In order for the jackpot to be claimed, there must be at least 50 players in the tournament. The jackpot will be awarded to the top 3 winners of that night’s tournament. I have to tell you that I am finding the competition at ReeferPoker to be very soft. Cashing in the tournaments comes fairly easy and the cash games are easy to make some money as well. Be careful in the cash games. I find them so easy that at times I want to get a little more aggressive and changing your game can be a negative. Just get in there and play solid poker and you will make some cheese.

I cannot stress enough.... Do not get too creative, just play solid poker and you will book some winning sessions. Those of you have played there I think you will agree with me that you can get chipped up pretty easy and if you lost it was only because you became overconfident and changed your game.

I have scheduled 2 NEW events both at Reefer Poker. They are both now posted on the game client at ReeferPoker.

Jan. 31st at 3 PM EST
The first one is a member freeroll Exclusively for DrCheckRaise Members. It is only a $50 tourney, but ONLY our members will be permitted to play in this event so that means that every dollar will go to a DrCheckRaise member, and the field will be much much smaller than those OFC we have been in lately.

Feb. 8th at 5:30 PM EST
This one is an exclusive DrCheckRaise member only event as well. There is a $2.20 entry fee. $2 goes to the prize pool and 20 cents goes to ReeferPoker, but in addition to the prize pool, $100 will be added to the prize pool in addition to the entry fees, so there is a great value to being in this event.
Example. If 25 people enter the event, there will be 25x$2=$50 plus $100 for $150 in prize money.
If 100 people get in the event then there will be $300 in the prize pool.

Both of these events will be password protected. The password will be posted in Announcements here at this site approximately 1 hour before the event begins.... no pre-registering, no hassles except for logging in here to get the password.

Remember you will have to be logged into this site to see the password. It will be invisible to non-members so that we can make sure that only our members can play.

2. Team play is strictly prohibited by Reefer Poker. Multiple players who are using the same account will have their points forfeited and, at the sole discretion of Reefer Poker, may have their accounts closed.
3. The use of artificial intelligence, such as "Bots" is strictly prohibited in connection with Reefer Poker. All tournament game play must be executed personally by players through the client interface. You agree that Reefer Poker may take steps to detect and prevent the use of prohibited EPA programs.
4. Unless otherwise stated, all MTT Grand Final which award seats to Live Events will be No Limit Holdem.
5. All entrants must be 18 years of age to participate at Live Seat Events, unless the seat awarded is to a Live Event based in the United States.

12. If the winner of a seat to a Live Event wins additional seats, they may not be sold or transferred.
13. Should an ineligible player win a live seat, the next eligible player will be awarded the package.

Rabbit Hunt

When you have won a hand, sometimes players are left wondering if they should have stayed in the hand against you. If your at your home game or in a card club sometimes a player will ask to see what cards would've come if they hadn't folded, this is called Rabbit Hunting.

While this is frowned upon in casino's and tournaments, in most informal games it is allowed. At Reefer Poker we put this power in the hands of the winner. So if you win a hand unopposed, you can choose to rabbit and see what cards would have come.

This can be a great way to show your opponents your bluff, and to show them they really had you beat. Of course you might just end up showing your opponent that they made the right call with the lay down.

The only penalty is that you have to show the table what your hole cards were.

Either way the power is in your hands, Happy Hunting!

Multiple Windows

If you're a new player at Reefer Poker you may not be aware of our multiple window feature. By using multiple windows you can easily play all your favorite tournaments without ever having to miss the action at the tables.

Players can select from having a new window for every table or use a 2x2 Grid layout. It's the perfect aid for playing multiple ring games and tournaments without having to switch between windows.

To configure your multiple windows simply click the "Settings" button, followed by the window tab and your preferences.
Expose One Card

Whether you're laying down your hand to a big bet, or if no one called your bet, if you really want to keep your opponents on their toes, use Reefer Poker's 'expose one card' feature.

Some online poker rooms allow you to show both your hole cards, but at Reefer Poker we go one further and allow you to show either both your cards, or just one card.

Say you had top pair but a weak kicker and you couldn't call a big bet you might show your high card to prove you weren't on a complete bluff. Conversely you might show your low card, to appear as if you were on a complete bluff. Either way showing only 1 card generally leaves your opponent asking more questions for which you gave answers with the card that you did show.

For every major event held at Reefer Poker we have an accolade that goes in your player box, so if you win big tournament you get a customized trophy or ribbon to show off your achievements.

So for our regular tourneys we have trophies and ribbons, and for our special events, we have extra special accolades. From snowmen for our winter tourney to a turkey for our Thanksgiving tourney and even a boxing kangaroo for our Aussie Millions winners.

Just because you haven't won a big event it doesn't mean you shouldn't be rewarded. Also in our player boxes are stars, which are rewards for regular play. So the more you play, the more stars you get, so when you sit down at a table, everyone knows they need to show you some respect.

Lets face it table talk is a huge part of poker, and while you lose some of the animation of a live table talk when your just typing text in a box, at Reefer Poker we are making it our goal to put some of that animation back in.

When typing several words into chat, your works are magically transformed to animated smilies. Type fish and see a shark swim through and eat the fish or type donkey and see a donkey kicking up his heels.

There are heaps of well known smilies that you see regularly at the table, and our development team are always sneaking in new ones, some of which are yet to be found even.

So while your at the tables, be sure to have a play with some of your favorite poker terms and see if they come to life.

Think someone is a fish? Then tag them so you know the next time you meet them at the table. Choose your own custom descriptions to go with our range of player tags.

To tag a player while at the tables simply click on a player and choose a tag icon. You can also type notes on the player and even choose whether you want to see this players table chat or not.

Deal it Twice

Seeing double? Not high? Maybe you’re watching a couple of sharks “dealing it twice” at one of our NL Holdem tables.

The rules are pretty simple; you must be playing NL Holdem, you and one other player only must be all in pre-flop or on the flop, and you both must agree.

What happens next is unique, and can be a pretty smart move when you feel you are the underdog. Dealing the turn and river twice gives you twice the chance to hit your outs, but beware, your opponent has twice the opportunities to beat you as well.

We are ALL about choices – in fact twice the choices!

Bad Beats happen to every player, but at Reefer Poker we have a way to potentially win big after losing with a monster hand!

In any Texas Hold'em game, you will be looking to maximise your value when you pick up Quads. The chance to go all-in is automatic, but what happens if your opponent is holding higher Quads, or even a Straight Flush?

These are the worst of the Bad Beats, and usually result in thousands of chips being passed over the table. Our new Bad Beat Jackpot will ensure thousands of dollars in cash will be won, all for losing a hand.

On specially labelled ring game jackpot tables, we will collect 50 cents from every pot which contributes to the Bad Beat Jackpot. As soon as a player has a monster hand cracked, the jackpot will be won, with every active player at the table receiving a portion of the prize money! The player with the losing hand will pick up the biggest percentage, so if you have Quad sevens or better using both hole cards, you should definitely hope to get beaten!

Bad Beat Jackpot requirements:

* The losing hand must be at least a Four of a Kind 7s, with a 2 kicker
* The winning hand must be at least a Four of a Kind 8s, with a 2 kicker
* Both the winning and losing hands must include both hole cards, and in the case of a Four of a Kind must include a pocket pair.
* At least four players must be dealt in at the start of the hand
* The hand must have generated jackpot rake (ie. $0.50)
* Two or more players must be active at the end of the hand, and it must go to showdown.

$20K Guaranteed Tournament – Every Sunday at 5 PM Eastern, join your buds for a special $20K guaranteed tourney. Smoke the competition, and get a piece of a nice big pot.

Guaranteed Tournaments are generally multitable tournaments with more than 10 players. Guaranteed means that there is a Guaranteed prize pool, no matter how many entrants are in the tournament. Guaranteed tournaments have a buy-in and entry fee. Usually the prize pool is Guaranteed above the maximum number of players in the tournament, this ensures bigger prizes even if there are only a few tables competing.

Some Guaranteed tournaments have "rebuys" and "add-ons", noted as an R/A tournament. This means that if you bust out (lose all of your chips) you can "re-buy" into the tournament and continue to play (same as the original buy-in amount). An add-on is usually offered at the first break, in which the re-buy period ends. Add-ons give those who are short stacked a chance to "top up" their chips (generally the same as the original buy-in amount). Some tournaments have "double add-on" which will give you twice as many chips as the starting chip count, but for the same cost of an original buy-in.

A freeze out tournament means there are no rebuys, once you lose all of your chips, you are out of the tournament.
